Be prepared for the hunt of a lifetime in the Arizona mountains and desert. The Anderson family of Seven Anchor Outfitters strives to make your mountain lion hunt memorable. Hunting large and small game on the East coast most of my life, I was more than excited to hunt my first lion out West this past April. As a guide and outfitter, Logan, takes great care of his horses, mules, and hunting dogs while Josie organizes the campsite and meals. This family takes pride in their hunts and will work hard to provide a successful hunt. From dawn to dusk (or dark in most cases), Seven Anchor Outfitter tracked lions for me until I had a lion in my site. I thought my heart was going to beat out of my chest when the dogs “lit” up and had a big tom in the tree. Wow, I couldn’t believe that I finally had a lion to mount. Thanks to Logan and Josie for making this an awesome hunt.
